My experience at this VRBO was quite disappointing. The bed, which was supposed to be memory foam, was far from it – uncomfortable and not as described. The towels provided appeared old and dingy, giving a sense of neglect. The outdoor area was unusable due to its uncleanliness, depriving us of the opportunity to enjoy the space.
Waking up with mysterious bites raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The floors were noticeably dirty, and the broken extra security lock added to the overall feeling of insecurity during our stay. The couch had questionable stains, making it uncomfortable to use.
Moreover, the wifi turned out to be slow and unreliable, which was frustrating, especially if you rely on a stable internet connection. Collectively, these issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay, and I hope the host addresses these concerns for future guests.
However, I do want to acknowledge the positive aspects – the general safety measures at the Conquistador Hotel, including passing through two security booths to enter Las Casitas, provided a sense of security. The pools were great.
Despite these positives, the overall stay was disappointing and I would not recommend.
