The unit is clean. The main reason for giving it a 3 star is the noise at night. This was really troubling due to the A1A highway. We didn’t expect it to be that bad, but what probably made it worse was poor window insulation. Also, the pool area and the beach get limited sun in afternoons due to neighbouring buildings. Otherwise, the unit was overall clean.

Give & Take

This home had some things that need to be addressed in order to receive a higher rating. The main bathroom has a towel rack that needed to be replaced and the tub didn't have a functioning stopper so it wouldn't fill up. Therefore, giving baths to our children was impossible. The second bathroom had a hole in the wall as well which should be repaired. The patio door required body-builder strength to open and close and the chairs were both melted by the sun and heat and need to be replaced. Most of the cookware (pans, pots, etc.) should be replaced as they were severely overused and damaged (no non-stick left, bottoms gouged, metal shavings present, etc.). The dishwasher did not have a silverware holder so washing all utensils had to be done by hand. The good things about the property include the pool which was well taken care of and had comfortable chairs and shade available for your comfort. The access to the beach was great and very convenient. The furniture inside the home was very comfortable and everyone slept great while there. The rooms were a great size and we were able to fit the pack and play crib comfortably with plenty of extra room still available. The closets were extremely large and spacious as well. The only other thing I would mention is that there is a $30 non-refundable fob fee per every 2 guests that is not mentioned in any listing prior to booking. Our overall stay was comfortable and we would consider staying again if some of these improvements were made
