Nestled in a private, family-friendly neighborhood, this spacious home offers a convenient location just two miles from the waterfront. A home, make the most of sunny summer days with cookouts and games in the backyard, or grab some beach chairs and coolers from the house and head to Edgartown Beach, just three miles away. The home is also situated right on the community bike path, making it easy to walk, jog, or bike to Edgartown Center shops and restaurants.

The home itself is set around a one-acre wooded clearing, offering a serene sense of privacy and plenty of space for outdoor gatherings. A variety of lawn games, a furnished deck, and a gas grill set the stage for epic backyard barbecues. Morning coffee and breezy afternoon cocktails can be enjoyed on the large screened porch.

The great room is bright and inviting, with an expansive, open-concept layout designed for group gatherings. A large sectional, two armchairs, a collection of board games, and a 70-inch smart TV are ready to welcome comfortable home entertainment. Ample cabinet storage, counter space, and an impressive suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances combine for easy group meal planning. The home boasts two primary suites, complete with private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Two additional bedrooms share access to a third full bathroom and there's an additional half-bath available for household convenience. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
