A slightly spiraled staircase leads to the home’s front entry, the perfect location for morning coffee or tea. A second door opens to the living space, a stunning room with original wood paneled walls, the homes original fireplace (decorative only), a velvet couch, chairs, and stools placed under a stunning glass chandelier. A dedicated working space is in the corner for those that wish to remain busy and a flat screen, smart TV rests on the mantel.

Down the hallway immediately to your left is the powder room with marvelous, blush colored tile. There is also a commode, a single vanity, and a shower/bathtub combination. Lastly, there is a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.

Further down the hallway to your right is the spacious, fully stocked kitchen. It is an ideal space to enjoy a delicious meal, along with a glass of champagne. Brand new appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, are surrounded by refinished black cabinetry and white stone countertops. A table for four sits near the bay windows overlooking the patio, and a separate cocktail bar with its own sink can be found in the corner of the room.

The two bedrooms are at the end of the hallway to the left and right. The first, lovingly called the ‘Navy’ room, has a queen bed settled in a blue, velvet bedframe. A glass chandelier hangs from the patterned ceiling and clothing and luggage racks are available for your use. The final bedroom, referred to as the ‘Green’ room, has a king bed in a four-poster bedframe. A velvet bench is at the end of the bed below another gorgeous glass chandelier. The brick along the far side of this room is original to the home, and another clothing and luggage rack occupy the adjacent wall.

Original wooden doors and floors, brass hardware, and pristine, non-operable windows are present throughout this historic jewel.

For your ultimate comfort, this home is equipped with central heating and cooling. Two security cameras and lights are located on the exterior of the home for your safety. The windows in the home are non-operable, so please do not attempt to use them.

This home is best fitted for professional, adult gatherings. As a restored historical landmark, the upkeep of this home is the highest priority.

This home is in the heart of renowned downtown Flagstaff. While noise machines and ear protection will be provided, the city’s nightlife may be lively.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. Although oftentimes there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
