We provide, soap, toiletries and detergent. All linens AND COMFORTERS are washed after each guest. We personally inspect after each clean to ensure all cleaning guidelines have been met***

PARKING
Avoid finding parking and hauling luggage through a parking lot as this unit provides 2 designated parking spaces right in front of the door. There is a Ring doorbell and a Smart Lock which makes it easy to come and go without a key!

FIRST LEVEL
Step right in to the first level of the townhome which boasts an open and spacious floor plan. The full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is the perfect place for the chef in your family! For the coffee lovers, there is a KEURIG! The kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room space, with plenty of room and seating to enjoy a family meal, game night, watch a movie, or just relax. The living room area has a half bath and a sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 guests with its pull-out bed. The private screened porch right off the living room is a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed outdoor time.

BEDROOMS
Upstairs you'll find the laundry area with its own full-size washer and dryer for any laundry needs. Both bedrooms are also located upstairs, each with their own remodeled en-suite bathrooms. The master room includes a KING bed with USB capable nightstands, a large closet and its own tv.
The second bedroom has a twin bed over a full bed to accommodate up to 3 guests. This bedroom also includes its own tv and spacious closet.
Can't get enough of the outdoors??? Enjoy a nice swim in the complex's pool directly outside your front door.
