Cascade foothills, blankets of evergreens, and the sparkling waters of Lake Samish are on display throughout this beautiful lakefront home in Bellingham. With a dock at the water's edge, a private hot tub, and multiple levels of deck space, this is a place to bask in the natural scenery of the Pacific Northwest.

This three-story, waterfront home sits on the lake's southwestern shores, with the dock providing a lovely spot to sit with morning coffee, launch the provided kayak, or brave the cool lake waters for a swim. Downtown Bellingham, offering all sorts of restaurants, shops, and conveniences, is only nine miles north.

The setting is something special, with vast deck space ensuring you're able to enjoy it. Greet each morning on the lakefront balcony off the primary suite, gather for lunchtime barbecues on the covered patio downstairs, and cap each evening in the hot tub or around the firepit near the water's edge.

The interior is full of lake views and entertainment at every turn. The beautiful kitchen features a glass-door fridge, a gas stove, and other upscale appliances. There's a dining area overlooking the water, a solarium to retreat to at golden hour, and a living room with a big-screen movie projector for cozy nights in. A rec room awaits downstairs, offering a foosball table, a lounge space with a smart TV, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, wine cooler, and microwave.

When it's time to turn in, you'll find one bedroom on the lower level and three bedrooms on the top floor, including the light-filled primary suite with its sweeping lake views from both the bed and the private bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
