The fully supplied modern kitchen boasts all stainless-steel appliances w/filtered water and ice on the refrigerator door, over-the-range microwave, kitchen island and ample dining and cooking supplies. The master bedroom features a memory foam queen bed w/plush bedding, black-out shades, 32" Smart TV and sitting area. The second bedroom features two memory foam beds; a queen bed and twin bed both with triple layered plush bedding, large closet, black-out shades and 32" Smart TV. All this is topped off with washer/dryer, outdoor grilling area with gas provided, free parking and a great array of card and board games, for a game night in! Beware

We have been renting VRBO’s for at least 10 years now and this is the first problem I have ever had. We rented this unit for a weekend and on our way to nashville I receive a message from the company that my credit card has declined and I need to submit payment via PayPal. On a stressful travel day I had to call vrbo, call my credit card company and process another payment within 30 minutes of arrival. My credit card did not decline. The property was in an area that is being revitalized, just a block over is not such a good area. The unit was as listed and we were happy with the property. Now three weeks later they have not returned my damage deposit and messages to the company are not be returned. I am sure I am out that money since I processed the payment through PayPal so we had some place to stay when we were half an hour away. I do not recommend renting this property.
