Nice neighborhood, close to activities. Perfect size for our little family Christmas get away. We love Tulsa. We would definitely stay here again.

Unprepared

We were very excited to be celebrating an early family Christmas in Tulsa. We selected the property based on location and the amenities of a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, and fireplace. We arrived 5 hours after the allowed check-in time after a long day of driving, to find the house completely unprepared. It had not been cleaned after the previous guest, the propane tanks to run the grill and fire pit were empty, the hot tub was full of leaves and the jets didn't work. We called Angus right away. He was responsive, sent someone to clean and said he would compensate us to make it right. When we returned after it was cleaned I was very concerned. The person who cleaned said it was a four-hour checklist and she did the best she could in the short amount of time. It looked as though she had surface-cleaned things but the towels were still drying and the dishwasher was still running. It was later discovered she had selected the speed cycle on both, thus the towels and dishes were not clean when it was done and we had to re-wash everything. The bedding on one of the beds had a horrible odor so we had to strip that bed and wash everything as well. The next morning we discovered the issues with the hot tub and later that evening we discovered the propane tanks were all empty and the fireplace broke.It seemed as though it could have been a nice place to stay but there was no attention to the basics let alone to the details. To date there has been no compensation for our inconvenience

Beautiful home, well stocked

Angus has a beautiful, very clean, well supplied and maintained home in Tulsa centrally located to many resources and activities. He is very attentive and responsive to guest requests. Only suggestions: bed count on listing at time of reservatio. Said two queen and one king. But, it is actually a twin daybed, one queen and a king. We had to adjust our sleeping arrangements, which proved a little difficult but we made it work. Hot tub was dirty when we arrived. We cleaned it and asked for chemicals and filter to be checked. Angus got someone out there very quickly. Finally, location is very noisy from I44 so close. Only an issue when sitting in the lovely backyard trying to visit with friends and family. Overall, a truly lovely home. We would definitely recommend!

Cute Tulsa Stay - Hot Tub, Fire Pit, So many comfy beds!

My friends and I rented this for my bff's Bachelorette Party weekend. Beautiful place with lots of room and games and a hot tub. We had an absolute blast here. It was so clean and was stocked with extra trash bags, towels, dishes and laundry detergent for us, which came in very handy. Great location as well. The only hiccup was the check in process. The digital keypad was dead and the manual lockbox was empty. Thankfully the host answered my call so fast and came over to fix it. Angus was so kind and efficient. This was the only hiccup of our stay and I liked it so much I may even rent it again!

The Sage Home is right next to the river trails, brookside, and the Gathering Place. We have regularly biked or ran through the trails over to the Gathering Place for ice cream and kayaking!
