Located at the end of the building which offers extra windows and a bit more peace and quiet for your time away; easy access from the parking lot to make moving in a breeze. The main living, dining and kitchen areas have new hardwood flooring and small area to leave jackets and boots. All bedrooms have new carpeting.
The open floor plan encompasses the living room with a comfortable leather couch is made to unwind whether gazing out the sliding glass doors which offers a private patio to the view night sky or enjoy the mountain view and BBQ grill and small spot to enjoy outdoor meal. A big flat screen Smart TV is above the electric fireplace. The dining area has large table with plenty of room for everyone in the party and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar.
In the kitchen, new counter tops accent the stainless steel appliances, new cabinets help make meal prep a breeze.
A master bedroom has King bed, flat screen TV, small work station with computer and en-suite full bathroom.
The second bedroom is spacious with a Queen bed and the third bedroom is terrific spot for the kids with 2 bunks beds (twin on top and double on the bottom) to comfortably sleep 4.
The main hallway provides access to the second full bathroom and has a washer and dryer. No air conditioning.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, over-sized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. If you are unsure, please contact our Guest Service Team at 970-726-6200. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
