Welcome to your lakefront retreat in the heart of Humble, Texas! This stunning home boasts modern amenities and breathtaking views of the tranquil lake from every room. The home features a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials you'll need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Relax in the sunroom, grill up some burgers on the BBQ, or take the kayak out for a spin on the lake. If you're feeling adventurous, try your hand at fishing on the private dock and catch your own dinner!

The first floor of the house features a spacious open-plan living area, with a large kitchen, dining room, dinette, family room, sunroom, master bedroom and bath, game room/bedroom, laundry room, office/study area and guest half bath.

The kitchen is located at the center of the home and is equipped with modern appliances, ample storage space, and a large island and breakfast bar with seating. The dining areas are adjacent to the kitchen and can accommodate 8 people per dining table for family meals and entertaining.

The family room is located at the rear of the house and is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It features a fireplace, power-reclining furnishings, 55” smart TV, large windows, and access to the sunroom and backyard patio.

The sunroom offers a private outdoor space with a lakefront view. This space is furnished with outdoor seating, 4-seat dining table, potted plants, and other decor to create a peaceful retreat for our guests.

The backyard patio includes a barbeque/refrigerator cooking island, and a firepit with four rocking chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, large dresser and end tables with USB plugs, 65” smart TV, dvd player, and an ensuite bathroom, complete with jacuzzi tub, shower, double vanity, and hanging closet. The master also has a bay-window view of the dock and lake.

The game room/bedroom has two futon/beds, hall tree/storage unit, 65” smart TV, XboxS digital game console and controllers, dvd player, and entertainment center with drawers.
Other conveniences include the laundry room with a washer and dryer, laundry sorter, sink and hanging space, and the office/study workspace with a charging station and HP Copier/Scanner.

The second floor of the house includes a family room with power-reclining sofa, 46” smart TV, dvd player, board games, books and movies for entertainment. Views of the dock and lake can be enjoyed from the upstairs outdoor balcony seating also.

The upstairs also has two bedrooms, with king beds, large dressers and end tables, 65” smart TV’s, dvd players, walk-in closets and attached full bathrooms, with modern and well-appointed high-quality fixtures and finishes.
