You're booking an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within a three apartment short-term rental complex.
The apartment is entirely yours and you have direct access to the community pool, which is open for all three units.

The rental is located in the quiet neighborhood of Lake Ridge close to everything in Fort Lauderdale -
May it be the beaches, downtown, restaurants or nightlife.
Within minutes you'll get to the beach with its famous beachwalk.

A highlight is the stunning pool area with its heated pool, several sun loungers and the tropical surroundings.

The rental is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, set to be your home away from home.

There are two stylish bathrooms, of course equipped with towels, shower amenities, hair dryer etc. as well as an outdoor shower close to the pool.

The kitchen has got all the amenities you’ll need:
Plates, knives, cups, glasses, pots, pans etc.
There is also a blender, oven, microwave, stove, cooler with freezer, electric kettle and a coffee-maker (Keurig).

Several Smart-TVs in the living room and bedrooms will round up your day enjoying Fort Lauderdale - Various streaming options included.

You will have high-speed internet access (WIFI) throughout the entire property.

Also the apartment is perfectly equipped for a longer stay in Fort Lauderdale as well:
There is a washing machine (also washing powder) iron, ironing board and everything you'll need to stay longer.
