Upstairs:
- Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, Walk in closet, TV, a desk to work at and connecting full bathroom.

- a third bedroom with 2 single beds and walk in closet.

Garage:

- Note: fairly long steps going up the main level.

The entire house will be private to you and your group. Access information will be sent to you a few days before check-in. There is free parking for multiple vehicles and a garage for one vehicle.

- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. No noise, Music, Loud Talk, Screaming or yelling is allowed. This will result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
- No grilling or bbqing is allowed of the porch or on the property at all. This will result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-do not leave trash laying outside the house. This will result in a $50 fee.
-Check-in is any time after 4PM
-Early check in fee is $50. If the property was occupied the night before we likely cannot do early check-in.
-Check out by 11AM
