This special, two-storey villa in the southeast of Cape Coral with 4395 sqft in American style definitely leaves nothing to be desired.
The large, open pool area with a heatable pool faces east and offers guaranteed undisturbed sunny days and pure holiday feeling. A covered seating area with gas grill is ideal for BBQs. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you.

From there you have a picturesque view directly on the Caloosahatchee River.

This is an absolute top location for boaters. You are just minutes by boat from the Gulf of Mexico. Due to the direct location on the river, you will often see dolphins. These hunt for fish under the adjacent boat docks. With a bit of luck, you will also be able to see the popular manatees.

The highlight is the view from the covered balcony, which is located on two bedrooms and separate office on the 1st floor. From this cozy spot you can see the sun going down on the river. You will also find the gaming room on the first floor. With a pool table, video game consoles and your own bar, it offers you everything you need for the perfect time together.

There are four bedrooms, each equipped with a TV with DVD player, 2 of which have adjoining bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the accompanying bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and the accompanying bathroom has a bathtub.
In the 3rd and 4th bedroom there is a queen size bed with Jack and Jill bathroom with bathtub. Besides an additional guest toilet, the house also has a separate pool bathroom.

The living area is open and bright. This consists of a cozy TV corner with a large couch, a TV and the dining area, which borders the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils and the kitchen bar is perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack in between. There is room for the whole family at the dining table. Sliding doors open onto the terrace to complement the open plan concept.

The villa is quiet, yet centrally located. You can be at the nearest supermarket in 5 minutes by car. Of course you will find everything your heart desires in Cape Coral, from numerous golf courses and restaurants to great shops for your shopping tour. Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. The most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva can be reached in the quickest way. You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask when booking if you are interested.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed.
