This beautifully decorated 5 bedroom, 4 bath Paradise Palms townhouse is located in a gated community, at a walking distance from the clubhouse and gorgeous pool area. The home has granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, laminate flooring in all areas areas. The townhouse has two bedrooms on the first floor with full bath across the hall, and three bedrooms upstairs, including two master suites, and a third full bath. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen! The screened in pool area features a gas grill.

Directly across the street from the property is a kids playground, beach volleyball court, tetherball, and open green space. Great for kids to run around and play!

Clubhouse features fitness center, arcade, internet lounge, 49 seat cinema with movies showing daily, and convenience store. Outside the clubhouse, enjoy a stunning zero entry pool with waterfall, grotto, water slide, hot tubs, and kids splash pad. The Tiki Bar and Grill serves delicious food and drinks while sitting poolside. Also enjoy tennis and basketball courts. Your reservation includes access to all facilities- no extra fees!

This beautiful resort is 10 minutes to Disney World, and even closer to restaurants and shopping. Universal Studios, Sea World and other area attractions are not much further!
