As you step into your new vacation home, you will feel the comfortable and relaxed sense to get your vacation off to a great start. The home is not too stuffy, but yet classy enough to know you are on vacation. Your vacation home is close enough to walk to the waterpark-like pool/water slides but not so close so you can avoid the noise of the pool area. Windsor Hills is a private, gated community with a large beautiful heated pool, 2 great water slides, a water play area and a hot tub. The clubhouse includes a fitness room, movie theatre, pool tables, table tennis, arcade games and a convenience shop. There is a recreational area with basketball courts, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, golf putting green and BBQ/picnic center. There are also 2 large playgrounds on the property. All amenities are free for guests. Windsor Hills feels like a 5 star resort but with the comfort and convenience of your own private condo.

Because you rent straight from us, our rates are very competitive with no middleman involved. We also offer long term specials; repeat renter discounts and referral reductions. Also, we can arrange for a concierge to deliver groceries to your condo prior to your visit to ensure your vacation is spent on rest and relaxation.

Our condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one bedroom is full Star Wars them with fun light saber beds). The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed with a large closet. The third bedroom has two full beds with another walk-in closet. The second and third bathroom share a huge full bathroom. Each bedroom also has dressers to unpack all of your belongings. Each bedroom also has a Smart TV with cable.

The kitchen has been completely renovated, with all new stainless steel appliances, cabinets and countertops. We have provided everything you will need to enjoy all your meals while in your vacation home. You can enjoy all of your meals in the dining area that has a table that comfortably seats 6.

Your vacation home also has a full size washer and dryer in the home so you can pack light for your vacation.

Windsor Hills is close to many restaurants and shopping. Also close by is Universal Theme Parks, Sea World and much, much more. Windsor Hills is also only 1 hour to Cocoa Beach on the east coast and 1 hour to Tampa on the west coast.

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee plus all cleaning charges to remove any evidence of smoking in the unit.
No Pets Allowed Policy: **This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.
Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
