Come stay at our lakefront home with a pool located 6 miles north of Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals, within driving distance to La Quinta, Golf Courses, right next to Fantasy Springs Casino, within 30 mins of Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park. This home is equipped with everything you need for your comfort and relaxation whether a weekend getaway, spring break, or vacation for up to 12 individuals. Our Tesla charger is available right in our garage at no cost to you.
The space
We have 2 living areas--one downstairs and one upstairs. Each is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV, comfortable couch, and board games.

Kitchen and Dining:
Our kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also include a Keurig coffee maker with ready coffee supplies for your morning routine.

Out dining table accommodate 10 individuals, and the spacious island accommodates another 3.

Four Bedrooms (one on the first floor, three on the second floor)

==FIRST FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE (sleeps 2) is located on the first floor, featuring a King-sized bed, closet, and en suite bathroom with shower. It has a 55" Samsung Smart TV. This room also includes a desk and comfortable chair for your work-from-home needs.

==UPSTAIRS PRIMARY SUITE (sleeps 2) is located upstairs with a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with shower, and two vanity sinks. This room has breathtaking lakeview and a balcony featuring two comfortable chairs with full view of the lake. It has a 55" Samsung Smart TV.

==KING BEDROOM (sleeps 2) is located upstairs with a King-sized bed and a closet. This room is also equipped with a 55" Samsung Smart TV. Sleeps 2

==DOUBLE FULL BEDROOM (sleeps 4) is located upstairs with two full-sized beds.

==LOFT SOFA (sleeps 2) is located upstairs in the common area and is also a queen-sized sleeper.

Other amenities:
- Washer/Dryer - available for your use with detergent, located upstairs next to the Primary Suite
- EV (Tesla) Charger located in the garage, available for your use at no additional charge, as long as you charge you car within the hours of 9pm - 6am.
- Wireless internet speed is 500 Mbps
- The pool also operate as a spa with jets. Pool and Spa heating is $200 per stay up to 4 nights (currently shown as Resort Fee in your reservation). Then $200 for the remaining duration of your stay.

PARKING: We can accommodate up to 4 cars total (2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway). Parking is not allowed on the street overnight or other area outside our own garage and driveway.

During Coachella and Stagecoach, an extra cleaning fee of $185 will apply.
