This property includes two rental units. This unit is Suite A, which is a private guest suite that is attached to the main home. However, it has its own entrance and feels secluded from the main residence.

While the patio and its furniture is designated for use by the occupants of Suite A, it is also used as a walkway to access Suite B.

The patio includes a large hot tub that is shared by the occupants of both rental suites. In order to make guests comfortable, there is a hot tub sign-up board so that guests from only one suite will be using the hot tub at any given time.

Note: The property has 3 external Ring cameras: 1 facing the driveway, 1 facing the gate entrance/patio for Suite A, and 1 facing the patio for Suite B. The hot tub is partially in view of the camera facing Suite B.

Getting Around: This is a suburb located 20 minutes north of San Diego so a car is recommended. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the ample street parking guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego.
