Great location near downtown Milwaukee. Beautiful private entrance lower level with kitchenette. Separate private bedroom with queen bed and living room with sofa bed. Large flat screen 55" Roku TV in the living room, 32" Roku TV in the bedroom and wireless internet. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper. Be sure to check out the kitchen, stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig), microwave, refrigerator, dishes, cups/glasses and utensils.

Great convenient stay for overnight

We were in town for a concert at The Rave. Hotels we higher than normal due to March Madness pricing so we booked this VRBO. It worked perfectly for our needs for affordable, convenient lodging after the concert. We took a quick Lyft to and from the venue. The place was easy to find. Clean and well equipped. Easy communication with the hosts. Parking was readily available on the street and free.

Wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at this VRBO while attending a concert, and it was an amazing experience! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the venue, making it super convenient. Exactly what you see in pics and reviews!

Ann and Al were both very friendly and communicative about any and everything. The place was super clean, had everything we could need on our weekend trip (with a few extras like coffee/ snacks/chocolate), very clean. Close to everything, had no trouble getting an uber to and from where we needed to go. And we felt very safe in this neighborhood which was a big weight lifted off our shoulders!

Nice but…

So first things first, the only reason I gave it a 3 star is because the owner walked in our rental space without knocking or anything, he just walked in. When he realized we were there he turned around and left and he did apologize but he never should have just walked in to a space we were renting. This place is just the basement of their house. It’s a very clean and comfortable space but the furniture is not near as comfortable as others have commented. It really is a short distance to lots of things in the area. If it wasn’t for the walk in I would have given this place a strong 4.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Cozy basement apartment and a very comfy bed. Backyard even has a nice country feel to it. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Accommodations

Each summer two of my adult children and I go on a baseball excursion to a baseball stadium we haven't been to before. This was walking distance from American Family Park. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and our stay was comfortable. We had easy access by car to restaurants and entertainment venues. It was a great place to stay.,

Great place to stay while visiting Milwaukee

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, this is a great place to stay while visiting Milwaukee. Clean and well-stocked, it provided everything we needed. Al and Ann were gracious, friendly, and accommodating hosts! They quickly responded to my messages and checked in on us during our stay. Their home is conveniently located making our time in Milwaukee even more enjoyable. We had a comfortable stay and appreciated the kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator and coffee maker.

Great location for AmFam Field

This was perfect for us for our event at AmFam field. We were able to walk there, saving us both time & $$. Bathroom was accessible thru the bedroom, so if you have extra ppl sleeping on the couch, just be aware. Also toilet flush is very loud. We'd stay here again!
