The space
This 2022 NEWLY built home is furnished with a MEMORY FOAM KING BED in your Main Bedroom, a MEMORY FOAM QUEEN BED in your secondary bedrooms, and a Pool Table and Flat Screen TV in your Game Room!

Grab a book, pour yourself a delicious cup of joe and unwind in your tranquil backyard space. Or, channel your inner Bobby Flay and whip up your favorite barbecue on your stainless steel grill for the whole family to enjoy.

In the kitchen, you'll find all the cooking essentials you’ll need to cook a meal fit for a Sultan! Your chef's kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, storage containers, a blender, toaster, hand mixer, high-quality pots, pans, and more. Not to mention non-stick cookie sheets! (because nothing makes you feel more at home than freshly baked chocolate chip deliciousness)

Looking to stay in and binge-watch your new favorite show? We got you covered. Take a load off in your cozy living space furnished with a 55" flat-screen TV; sign in to your favorite streaming services like Disney +, Netflix, and HULU!

In terms of amenities, we've got your back. You'll have access to many essentials: an iron, hairdryer, makeup towel, first aid kit, towels, fire extinguisher, and more! We include a starter pack for many necessities such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee K-cups, coffee creamers, conditioner, shampoo, and body wash.

We take our home's sanitation and cleaning procedures very seriously. All linens and bed quilts are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean!

This open and airy layout can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. If you would like to book for 7 or 8 guests, message the host! There will be a $25 fee for each additional guest above 6 guests. Parking is free, Woohoo! You may park in the driveway or street.

There is a detached Moroccan-themed Casita next to this home. If you would like to book the Casita as well, message the host. We typically have it rented out one month at a time on Airbnb. But don’t worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both units have their own private entrance and there is NO access to it from the home.

Rest assured - the casita guests are not authorized to use your backyard space (separated by an iron gate as pictured), grill, driveway, or access to your property. These two units have a common front patio, so you may see them occasionally. Don't be afraid to say hi, they are your neighbors after all. :)

Pet Policy
Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. You will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee if you bring an unauthorized animal on the property and your booking will be terminated with no refund .

Security
To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment and ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
