Our cabin features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 11 guests. We have a game room, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and a kids play area.

It is perfect for a family vacation or large groups traveling to the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We are only a few minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge and all of its local attractions!

**HOUSE RULES**

Please Review the Following Information Prior to Your Stay and Contact Us if You Have Any Questions.

1. If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund.

2. There is a $250 Pet Fee For Up to Two Pets (Dogs and Cats).

3. If Pet Droppings Are Left Outside, an Additional Fee Will Be Charged to Your Reservation.

4. No Large Gatherings or Events Over Occupancy Are Allowed Unless Discussed and Approved Prior to Booking with Your Host. You May Be Subject to Additional Event Fees and Security Deposits.

5. Keep Cover On Hot Tub When Not Using.

6. Do NOT Put Soap in Hot Tub. Violation of This Rule May Lead to Cleaning Fees Charged to Your Reservation.

7. Dispose of Trash in Tied Trash Bags in the Large Bear - Proof Garbage Cans Outside. Located Next To The Driveway. Please Make sure Doors Are Always Shut On Containers At All Times To Avoid WildLife Getting Into The Trash.

8. Do Not Exceed 6 Bags of Trash During Your Stay.

9. Be Aware - You Are Located in a Bear-Prone Area. Do Not Leave Food In Your Car.

10. The Pool Temperature Is Set To A Comfortable 85 Degrees.

11. After 48 Hours From Booking Your Reservation, We Do Not Accept Alterations to Your Reservation.

12. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED You Purchase Travel Insurance and Review Our Cancellation Policy Prior to Booking Your Stay.

13. The Minimum Age To Book Is 25 Years Old.

14. Our Hours of Operation Are 10AM-8PM EST. Any Messages Received Outside of These Hours Will Be Responded To As Soon As We Are Back On.

**SEASONAL FIREPLACE**
We love cozy fireplaces as much as the rest, however during the warmer months we cannot allow them to be ran. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE FIREPLACE FROM APRIL 1 - OCTOBER 26TH.

We have a camera located in front of the home that is on 24/7 for your protection

**GUEST ACCESS**
Guests will have full access and use of the cabin 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like with the electronic front door key pad - no keys to keep up with!
