Welcome to our unique beach escape! Solar Seas is a modern coastal beach house located in Laguna Beach which is situated between the hub of Pier Park and the famous 30A. Laguna Beach offers pristine undeveloped beaches that offers visitors a beach as nature intended - just sand, surf, and sun. The house is within a short walking distance to many of the attractions in Laguna Beach - Thomas Donuts, Carousel Supermarket, DQ, and direct access to the beach.

Take advantage of lightning-fast wifi, a quiet workspace, well-equipped kitchen and arrangements for 7 guests. The home is an 8 minute drive west to Rosemary Beach/30A and 5 minute drive east to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park!

The Space
This home was designed to provide guests with a luxury modern coastal experience with all the comforts of home. The one story home provides guests with covered parking to keep your vehicle cool on the hottest days, parking for four vehicles, screened-in patio, three bedrooms, and two full baths. As you enter the home you will see the kitchen on your left and the living/dining room on your right. The dining room features a large rectangular table with seating for six, the living room features a large L-sectional allowing seating for six with a 55" TV. Walking past the kitchen, entering the hallway you will see the laundry closet with a large, stacked washer and dryer. Walking further you will see the hall bathroom and master bedroom on the left, bunk room straight ahead, and the second king bedroom on your right. Walking outside you will enter the screened-in patio with seating for four and a large paver patio with a fence for privacy. A Weber grill is provided for guests to enjoy a great meal at home.

Entry: You will enter the home through the front door. Your private code will grant you entry through the digital lock so you can let yourself in upon arrival and after 4pm check-in time.

Other things to note:

- Must be 25 to book, all underage guests must be accompanied by a parents or guardian
- Reserving guests will provide ID verification to Gulf Coast Getaways.
- No pets allowed. Service animals will need prior authorization and liability form.
- No smoking of any kind in or on-premises. Violation will result in a fine of a minimum of $500 for cleaning expenses.
- No Visitors - At no time does Gulf Coast Getaways allow outside visitors to the property. Only guests in reserving party may occupy the property at anytime.

~Hurricane Policy: Refund will not be given unless mandatory evacuation is ordered by the Bay county officials. Refunds will only pertain to the dates affect by the evacuation. It is suggested guests but a trip insurance policy widely available to the consumer market.
