Lagoons is ideally located on the outskirts of Whistler village, easy to access to local restaurant, activities, shopping, the Valley trail, local park and lakes. 1,158 sqft units over 3 floors, walk in the front door to a mudroom with closet, ascend the stairs to find a large kitchen, powder-room, laundry, dedicated dinning area and well proportioned living room and 3 decks. Sleep 7 people.Recent renovate and brand new appliances, elegant but cozy, must stay place at Whistler.

Other Things to Note:
-NO DRUGS and SMOKING in the suite.
- No pets.
- No parties or excessive noise. Keep quiet after 10pm to 8am
- Please be respectful and leave things as clean as you found them.
- Keep your shoes off while in the unit.

Comfortable and Convenient

I was a little worried because of recent negative reviews, but we enjoyed our stay. It is true that there were some annoying easy fixes like a couple light fixtures that did not work, or dull knives. Or the shower head that was broken, but that was replaced during our visit. However, the furniture was nice and comfortable, including the beds. The kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer were all high-end. The location can't be beat. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would stay there again.

Great location but very dirty and run-down

The location of this property is amazing, and from the outside, the townhouse looks nice. The inside is a different story- it is very dirty and rundown. The fireplace doesn’t work, the heaters in the bedrooms didn’t work, it’s missing a cabinet door in the kitchen, every bathroom faucet is broken- even the showerhead was broken. At one time I think this place was very nice but it needs, some help. And when I contacted management about the state of the townhouse, I was told that he would get back to me, but I never heard anything.

Really dirty

The only good thing about this place is the location. The owner wasn’t responsive and did not address the multiple issues we had including dirty linens and towels and blamed it on the age of the unit and not the cleaners. I tried to let the owner make good on all the disappointments of the unit and cleanliness but she refused to. We found blond hairs all over the blankets and black smudges all over the towels. Those things do not have anything to do with the age of the unit but that’s her claim. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Communication with the owner was awesome! They were very nice and helpful. The unit was in great location and was a great set up. The unit could use some updates but overall was good.

Better maintenance needed

Consider the perspective of where my observations are coming from. I am a landlord so I understand cost control etc. The location was great as was the parking availability however these are the things that I feel took away from our stay. The knives were so dull as to be dangerous and would be best thrown away. It is time for some new frying pans however we did manage to tighten all the handles so we could use them. We did appreciate the new appliances they worked well. A “ coles notes” version of operating instructions might be an idea so the young an inexperienced don’t break them. The downstairs hot water tap fell off in my hand on first use. Taps need replacement None of the bathroom doors lock Upstairs bathroom door handle needs screws and will soon fall off Upstairs shower head is broken so cannot be used as a shower. The mixer is loose in the shower and I was concerned it could come off in my hand causing a flood. The shower stall has significant black mold at the base and needs a thorough cleaning at a minimum, if it was my place I would replace the entire stall. Ensuite taps are broken like downstairs The portable hot tub had three inches of swamp water in the bottom for the mosquitoes and was a filthy mess. The rest of the deck was equally filthy so wasn’t usable at all. My experience as a landlord has been, my renters look after my units much better if it looks like I care about the space I am asking them to pay me for so it is worth the time and
