The Space:

On the second floor of this home, three inviting bedrooms await and sleeping arrangements are as follows:

- Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walking closet, large tile shower and double vanity. Open the sliding glass doors to access the private balcony facing back yard and pool and equipped with a high top table and chairs, ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee.
- Second bedroom features a full bed, smart tv, ample closet and direct access to an outdoor terrace, fully equipped with seating area and firepit. Ideal to enjoy beautiful sunset and ocean views.
- Third bedroom is perfect for friends or kids, as it features a Queen bed and is conveniently located next to a full bathroom for both guest rooms.

Descending to the first level you'll find a warm living room that flows into a spacious kitchen and formal dining area, along with convenient half bathroom access. Step outside for your own personal oasis, perfect for entertaining which includes a private pool, outdoor shower, shaded terrace fully equipped with a seating area, outdoor TV, and BBQ grill.

Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $100 USD per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (80 USD will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. **This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.**

Getting Around:
We strongly recommend using Uber, as it is a very convenient option to move around in los Cabos, however renting a car is a great idea. Swimmable Medano Beach and Santa María are just 15 min driving.

Other Things to Note:
Ventanas is a completely finished development that you will love for its incredible amenities, it is important to consider that there is construction taking place in a nearby development so construction noise is expected during business hours. For this reason, we are offering this magnificent house at a special price.
