The home is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Swim & Fitness Center - Guests will not have access to the Swim and Fitness Center (waterslide/indoor pool) or Nelson Farm Pool. Therefore, you will NOT pay an extra $110 to $155.00 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home.

That said, as part of Suncadia, guests can enjoy access to Batista Park (a walk from home), Dawson Park, three golf courses, an ice skating rink, a shared tennis court, basketball court, playground, and more. This area also offers snowshoeing, nordic skiing, and snowmobile trails to make the most of freshly fallen snow.

Garage Access -Guests can park 2 large vehicles in the garage

★ SUNCADIA RULES ★
Suncadia is very strict with their rules. No speeding, no fires, no street parking, no loud noises after 8pm. They will give out fines to renters and owners.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE ★
Please do not smoke or vape inside the home. Any smoking/vaping evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
