This NO PET suite has Queen bed in the bdrm with a large closet & a pull-out queen sofa-bed for 2 in the Living Room that makes this apt very comfortable for short or long stays. Restaurants & grocery store 2 blocks away!
The space
The newly upgraded kitchen & bath include all new cabinets and quartz countertops. New appliances include dishwasher and microwave. There is a tub/shower bathroom with a large separate dressing/powder room. This suite comfortably sleeps 4. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom, as well as a comfortable queen sofa bed with easy an access storage component underneath This suite is also suitable for longer term guests. For the safety of our other residents, PETS or other animals are not permitted in this small, gated community.
Guest access
Guests access through the front security gate, into a raised courtyard area and the suite is on the right, up the first staircase. Guests will enter through their own private front door after opening the dead-bolt and door handle lock. You have exclusive access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
PETS or other animals are not permitted. No smoking - means no smoking of ANY kind ANY where on the premises. This includes e-cigs, cigars, vaporizers, hookahs etc. You will forfeit the deposit and be asked to leave the premises. If you see anyone with a PET, smoking or are being affected by someone with an animal or smoking/vaping etc., please notify us as soon as possible.
