Cleanliness/presentation horrible!
The patio blinds in the dining room are missing several panels, so privacy was obviously a concern, part of the privacy wall on the deck was laying on the deck.
We could not park in the garage as the garage door was broken.
Once we got to the house and ate dinner, we sat in the living room for a couple of minutes, when it was noticed that a spider (resembling a brown recluse), crawling up the wall directly behind the couch.
Had to reach out to Josh as we could not locate the T.V. remote, nor instructions for wifi. In looking for remote we lifted cushions and looked under the sectional- both places had enough garbage to fill a plastic bag.
He did respond quickly, and sent instructions to use tv without a remote.
There were unsettling stains on all of the bed spreads as well as curtains in one bedroom. In turning one bed back, found something disturbing laying on the bed sheet.
Finding the bedding in the condition they were- is when we made the decision to leave, and spent our stay in Bentonville, in a (MUCH cleaner) hotel.
I messaged to let them know that we were leaving, not to return and requested a refund for at least one of the two nights booked and received a response saying that Josh (“who takes care of the financials”) would most likely not provide a refund since “it Zia’s an elective checkout without any attempts to rectify”, from Josh’s “co-host” who also communicated that they personally clean….?
Reached out to Josh, requesting partial refund- no response
