WAKE to the smell of brewing coffee or enjoy a cup of tea before you EXPLORE the beautiful town of Bentonville via host provided mountain bikes OR cruise the town using your on site, TURO accessible Kia Forte!! (subject to price + availability).
Finally RELAX after a day of exploring in your King sized Sealy Posturepedic bed.
The space
The neighborhood is conveniently located off the main thoroughfare of 14th Street, about 8 minutes or less from downtown Bentonville. The home is near dozens of restaurants, shops, and major stores. The house itself sits at the end of a quiet culdesac with views of a wooded field directly behind. The perfect mix of serenity and convenience!!

The HOUSE is well equipped with all the conveniences of a modern home.
The KITCHEN is well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies.
The BEDROOMS have extremely comfortable beds and silky soft sheets.

Very comfortable house in a perfect location. We attended a music festival and the house was perfect for our stay of a few days.

Girls weekend

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. Super cute, convenient location, and the house had everything we needed. Great communication from the host too! We had a wonderful time.

Could have been better

- Thermostat was locked and off ... it's November people - Blinds covering back slider door were missing more panels than they had... trashy - TV remote only controlled the power/volume, couldn't get TV to actually function - listed as 3 baths, when in reality it's 2 and a half.. very misleading since this was a scheduled work trip with coworkers, the intent was for each employee to have their own bath. - curtains in one bedroom had a weird oil stain on them .. gross - as stated above, it was very cold, and there were no additional blankets, that would have been a nice option - Toilet was dirty and the sink wouldn't drain in the bed/bath to the left of he stairs Overall - it wasn't a dirty house, but there were enough issues that I wouldn't book here again.

Absolutely incredible host.

We arrived at the property and found out the a/c wasn't working. Joshua the host was extremely responsive and quickly came to check it out. He offered to move us to another location that was a bit bigger. He really was great in how he handled a difficult situation. We can't say how thankful we were for all his help.

Cleanliness/presentation horrible!

The patio blinds in the dining room are missing several panels, so privacy was obviously a concern, part of the privacy wall on the deck was laying on the deck. We could not park in the garage as the garage door was broken. Once we got to the house and ate dinner, we sat in the living room for a couple of minutes, when it was noticed that a spider (resembling a brown recluse), crawling up the wall directly behind the couch. Had to reach out to Josh as we could not locate the T.V. remote, nor instructions for wifi. In looking for remote we lifted cushions and looked under the sectional- both places had enough garbage to fill a plastic bag. He did respond quickly, and sent instructions to use tv without a remote. There were unsettling stains on all of the bed spreads as well as curtains in one bedroom. In turning one bed back, found something disturbing laying on the bed sheet. Finding the bedding in the condition they were- is when we made the decision to leave, and spent our stay in Bentonville, in a (MUCH cleaner) hotel. I messaged to let them know that we were leaving, not to return and requested a refund for at least one of the two nights booked and received a response saying that Josh (“who takes care of the financials”) would most likely not provide a refund since “it Zia’s an elective checkout without any attempts to rectify”, from Josh’s “co-host” who also communicated that they personally clean….? Reached out to Josh, requesting partial refund- no response

Bring shampoo and bath soap

The accuracy of the listing was correct, except that there were no basic soaps nor shampoo provided. The location is good for visiting the downtown area but some of the homes in the neighborhood are trashy-nothing the rental owner can control. Just close the blinds. We felt safe though and it was quiet. No communication with host except to provide key code access via email. We enjoyed our time in the home.

Nice enough on the inside, but. . . .

When we drove up the neighborhood is very rough. The lawn was un mowed and the beds were full of weeds. There were two overflowing garbage cans in the drive that had not been taken to the curb. We were given the wrong instructions for the unit and door code, The Host was easily reachd and corrected the info so we could get in. The inside of the unit was clean and in order but everything out side was in terrible disarray.
