Welcome to your vacation at Bleu on the bay!
You can look forward to a fun, relaxing and memorable vacation. Our beds are comfortable and our views are to die for.
We are happy you are here!
This home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus an outdoor enclosed shower with changing area.
You'll relax on one of two outdoor decks or maybe you'll relax and read in the hammock outside with your favorite book!
First Floor:
The first floor has a bright cozy living room with a smart tv, fully stocked kitchen and dining area that seats 6 guests.
Master Bedroom with queen bed and master bath with tub/shower.
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds
3rd bedroom has a queen bed
The first level also has an additional bath with a toilet, sink and shower.
Out back is a wonderful wrap around deck with bay views and the front porch has rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite book.
The 2nd Floor:
Living area with sofa and bay views.
4th bedroom has 2 full beds, a smart tv and you still have the bay views.
Widows peak with spiral staircase to view spectacular sunsets! The perfect spot for kids to hide or read!
Outside deck to relax and take in the views.

Storage room behind the garage for use of beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon.
Tree Swing for kids to play and wait for the ice cream truck to pass by. :)

1. CANCELLATION POLICY. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a 10% Fee). The earlier you notify us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.
2. PROPERTY CONDITION / SECURITY DEPOSITS. When you arrive, please check the vacation rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. No physical damage, vacation rental and yard neat and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trash removed, etc. Late check-out, trash left, or vacation rental or grounds needing more-than-reasonable cleaning are grounds for security deposit claims. If there are no problems, deposits will be returned by mail 30 days after the date of departure. If we are going to make a claim on your security deposit, we will e-mail you describing the details within 30 days.
3. OWNERS SET SPECIFIC RULES. regarding the maximum number of occupants, pets, smoking, etc. As the property owner, we enforce these rules, and may evict renters or their guests when they are exceeded. If pets are not allowed at the vacation rental, that includes pets belonging to your guests. Large gatherings, house parties, etc., are absolutely not allowed unless approved when your booking is made in writing. Sub-letting is not permitted. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the vacation rental, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the vacation rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.
4. OCCUPANCY. In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of subject property which is ?. Guests must be at least 25 years old and only family groups are to occupy the Rental Property as required by Owner. All guests age 2 and over are counted as guests. Any reservation made under false pretenses and/or any party falsely representing the number people in the home is subject to immediate eviction without refund. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of this rental agreement. No fraternities, school, civic or other non-family groups are allowed unless Owner grants prior approval. In no event shall guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind. Guest hereby acknowledges and grants specific permission to property owner to enter premises at any time for inspection purposes should we reasonably believe that Guest is causing or has caused any damage to the Rental Property. Guest further agrees to grant property owner access to Rental Property for purposes of maintenance and repair.
5. THE OWNERS AND ASSOCIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation rental. The property owners will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property. The use of the pool is at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injury while using the pool. There is no lifeguard.
6. YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY if a maintenance problem develops at your vacation rental so we can have it remedied as quickly as possible. Owners reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the
vacation rental with reasonable notice, or without notice if you cannot be reached. No refunds will be provided due to
inoperable appliances, etc. in Rental Property although property owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. Also, no refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuation of the area due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations.
7. KEY Procedures: Keys to the property will be at the property in a lock box. Renter will be given the code on or about 2 days before arrival either text or email with directions to the property. The day of check-out, please place the keys backin the lock box.
8. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE. This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. We have described our vacation rental in detail to the best of our ability, but we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location.
9. LEGAL DISPUTE. In the event it is necessary to resolve any legal disputes between the parties under this rental
agreement, the tenant agrees to reimburse landlord all landlord's costs of litigation and costs of collection, including, but not limited to, landlord's attorneys fees and court costs."
10. PAYMENT. As of the time of booking, the following charges are in effect. These charges may change over time as Renter requests other services.

Girls weekend on the bay
I spent a long weekend with 4 of my girlfriends. The view of the bay from the deck was great while we sipped our drinks and enjoyed ourselves. The weather turned bad on Saturday but we still had a great time cooking and playing games in the kitchen and living room. We all had our own space for sleeping. It was really a perfect place for us. Very clean and comfortable!

Perfect Labor Day Getaway
We had such an amazing time here with our group. The house is right by the beach (which allows dogs before 11AM and after 4PM) and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were still close enough to downtown Cape May for a day trip, but it was lovely to return to Villas afterwards. There were also restaurants, Wawa, and CVS within walking distance. The house was clean, spacious, and had the best-stocked kitchen that any of us had seen in a rental. The fenced-in backyard was great for the doggos and the porches made our stay. We would all absolutely book again.

Enjoyed our stay
We had a short but enjoyable stay for two nights. We had one issue we needed addressed when we arrived but our hosts came by right away to fix it. There was everything we needed and more, it was very clean and comfortable. My kids are already looking forward to another visit and loved the loft with the spiral staircase! Thanks to our hosts for a nice stay.

Relaxing
We enjoyed staying in the blue beach house. We loved the space, the cleanliness and the little details of the house. There were even toys available for my little son to play with and letting us bring our dog was a plus. The view was magnificent! We even saw the beach sunset through the window. We loved walking towards the beach in a few minutes. Everything was perfect! We had a relaxing and peaceful time. We would definitely want to come back to this house again.
