Nestled within the leafy Cavanagh along a picturesque ravine is this modern, multi-level home with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Inside you’ll have room to spread out and relax with multiple living areas, 5 bedrooms, elegant dining, a laundry, sparkling bathrooms and a fully equipped Hamptons-style kitchen.

You’ll be just minutes from cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, 10 mins to the airport and only 25 mins from the popular Edmonton Mall, Downtown & all its attractions.

- HOUSE AMENITIES AND DETAILS -

Make your way inside this spacious, family sized home and be greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, open concept living, soft comfortable furnishings and plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind in their own space.
The upstairs living area is filled with a generous plush lounge that surrounds the large wall mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps. Downstairs you’ll find the second living space with two sofas giving you a quiet place to take in the views or to gather together with friends for a drink or two.
Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the modern, Hamptons-style kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, a sleek stone breakfast bar and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need.

Serve up your meals at the dining table set for ten or take the night off and eat out with restaurants and take-out options just 6 minutes from your door along with two supermarkets for stocking up on snacks and supplies.
There are five bedrooms within the spacious home giving you room for up to 12 guests in total. Each bed comes topped in soft, quality linen as well as plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

- NEIGHBORHOOD -

The home is located right by the peaceful, winding ravine within a brand new development in Cavanagh giving you the best of everything and beautiful, leafy views.

Within the neighborhood you’ll not only get to enjoy Blackmud Creek Ravine, just steps away, but also have access to local amenities including mature trees, a park & full playground, two ponds, walking trails and the largest parkour park in the City of Edmonton.

You’ll be just 25 minutes from the heart of Downtown Edmonton where you can lose yourself in immersive experiences at the Royal Alberta Museum, breathe in the glory of the Northern Lights, visit the zoo or embrace the fun (and shopping) at West Edmonton Mall – the second largest shopping mall in North America spanning over 48 city blocks.

Within the mall guests can enjoy everything from mini golf, and water parks, play at a casino, catch a movie, see penguins, take a stroll down the New Orleans Themed Bourbon St for delicious food then watch a live show – this is all after enjoying the amazing shopping experience!
Stock up on supplies with two supermarkets just 6 minutes from your door then stop in for a coffee at Starbucks or eat out with everything from burgers to Vietnamese to a brewhouse and delicious ice cream for dessert.

With easy access to Downtown, parks, restaurants, Edmonton Mall and even the airport, this stylish, family sized home gives you the ideal base tucked away from all the hustle and bustle along the picturesque ravine.
House Rules
- No unregistered guests
- No events, no parties
- Guests that are local to the area will only be considered for extended stays.
- Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am
- Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the rest of the house
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 12 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check-out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any tampering of any electronic devices in and around the home is prohibited.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund from Royal Maple Property Management LTD who acts as an agent of the property.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- Profiles that are new with less than 5 reviews or have a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 are required to pay a $750 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
- Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

The house was perfect for our needs and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were plenty of towels and many little touches that added to our comfort. I would recommend this property even though it is quite far from some of Edmonton’s attractions.
