You can also discover a slice of nature and experience the popular Canopy Walk at Mayakka River State Park, also a short drive from home.

All-new as of 2022, this sparkling gem comes fully furnished for modern comfort. The sunny living area features an open-concept layout designed for group gatherings. A plush sectional and smart TV set the stage for casual home entertainment, while the private, closed-door office offers a quiet place for remote working or school study. Granite counters and a deluxe suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances come ready and equipped for preparing at-home meals. There's also a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. Primary guests will enjoy direct lanai access, a private en suite, and a walk-in shower. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

In addition to the standard booking terms for this rental, the HOA requires a separate application and an amenity fee for the use of Clubhouse facilities, to be paid within three (3) days of booking. Additional information will be outlined in the booking details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
