The space

This beautiful beach house is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us!

The dining area seats 11. 8 can gather around the table, and three more can sit at the table behind the couch. On the other side of the kitchen island is the well-equipped kitchen. New appliances, pots and pans, tableware, and coffee maker complete the kitchen.

There is also a small, outdoor charcoal grill available for your use.

• Main Floor: Bedroom with full bed and full bathroom
• Top Floor has Three Bedrooms:
- #1: King Bed, ensuite Full Bathroom
- #2: Full and twin bed
- #3: Full bed
• There is 1 additional sleeper sofa (Queen size) on main floor

Shed has beach items- cooler, wagon, beach chairs

PARKING: Three vehicles can fit in the private driveway.

ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.

CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

This is a NON-SMOKING house. If you smoke inside the house, you will be charged $500 plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking. pool is shared with 13 of these houses

Linens (i.e. bed sheets, pillows, comforters, towels) are provided for your stay.
