Highly recommend for comfort, fun, & relaxation.
Both the house and pool were sparkling clean. The view from every room was amazing - hills, trees, wildlife.
Plenty of living essentials - bath towels, pool towels, dishes, appliances (mixer, ice maker, kuerig coffee maker with coffee pods supplied & also a cartridge pod for loose coffee grounds if you bring your own coffee).
The pool is gorgeous! Crystal clear and HUGE. Large square pool steps made an excellent play area for the little ones. Very large shallow end and also large deep end. Pool chairs & towels provided.
The beds are super comfy and linens are very soft. The blow-up queen mattress came in handy for the kids watching movies at night.
Plenty of hot water (back to back showers were fine)!
The hot tub - OMG - the BEST. Big enough to swim in. Lots of seating around it, both inside and out. Well worth the $50/day to heat it.
Two fire pits - one wood, one gas. Table and chairs with umbrella. Basically, you can comfortably spend all your time outside and enjoy every bit of it.
And inside is SO comfy! Lots of room in the open concept living room/kitchen combo. Views from every room are amazing, but especially the living room. My husband worked from the kitchen table during our stay so he could admire the panoramic view all day.
Seth, the host, was so easy to work with. He was very pleasant, helpful and responsive.
The back of the host’s house faces the vacation rental we stayed in. I was concerned we may step on each other’s toes, but not at all!! Still a ton of privacy! I asked Seth if we needed to keep our noise down or anything, but he assured me we didn’t need to. He encouraged us to just play and enjoy as much as possible!
Lots of nearby hiking trails as well.
