Summary:
Welcome to Serenity By The Sea at the Crescent Sands Resort located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Our very large fully furnished 3BR/3BA spacious open floor plan is Direct Ocean Front with private balcony access from the living room and Master King Suite. This condo has a ton of room for a large family and is PERFECT for spending time with the whole family.


Crescent Sands was built in 1980’s. Serenity By The Sea is a 3BR/3BA DIRECT OCEANFRONT Condo located on the 2nd FLOOR. It has been upgraded with many changes to improve your stay. Crescent Sands is a 6-story high building with a central elevator and staircases on each end of the building.

The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master Suite has a King size bed, two nightstands, dresser, chair, closet, full en-suite bathroom and access to your very own private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, two nightstand tables, chair, flat screen TV with cable access and access to its own bathroom. The third bedroom has two Twin size beds, dresser, nightstand table, closet, flat screen TV with cable access and access to its own adjoining bathroom. All beds have new comfortable mattresses, new linens


LIVING AREA

The living room has a sofa with queen sleeper, recliner, two sitting chairs, coffee table, end tables, flat screen TV with cable access mounted on the wall and a nice buffet table underneath it. The living room is open to the dining area as well as private access to the oceanfront balcony. With new flooring in the living area.

We also have a FULL SIZE stackable Washer & Dryer in the unit for your added convenience along with FREE High Speed WiFi Internet.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA

The kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops. Our fully-equipped kitchen is appointed with all appliances, an abundance of cabinets and counter space, everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away.

When it's time to dine, you can enjoy our dining table with seating to accommodate 4 guests and our breakfast bar will accommodate 4 guests as well. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.


BALCONY

Sip your morning coffee or enjoy your afternoons with a glass of wine over looking the beautiful oceanfront views, sunrise or stunning sunsets on your 2nd Floor private oceanfront balcony that has private access from the living area as well as the Master Suite.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!

******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Guest Access:
- Full access to the Condo and Resort

- Key-pad Entry - The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk.

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.

- 2 Parking Spaces are ALLOWED. You will have 2 parking passes in the room on your arrival. These parking passes will need to be displayed in your cars while at Crescent Sands and then placed back in the condo on departure. There is a $25.00 charge for missing parking passes.

The Neighborhood:
Serenity By The Sea Direct Oceanfront Condo is just steps away from the Ocean and very close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Here are some of our suggestions: Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, Myrtle Beach Tanger Outlets, Joe's Bar & Grill, Hamburger Joes, Greg Norman Australian Grille, Olive Garden, Long Horn Steakhouse and lots of other restaurants. I will be happy to give you any suggestions just let me know what you are looking for.

Getting Around:

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.

- Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the home of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! No more than 8 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

PARKING:
- 2 Parking Spaces area allowed
- You will find the 2 Parking Passes in the condo. They must be displayed in your vehicle's front window for the duration of your trip and then returned to the condo upon departure.

- NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED!
- No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV's permitted!

Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

PARKING: You will have parking passes in the room on your arrival. These parking passes will need to be placed in your cars while at Crescent Sands and then place back in the condo on departure. There is $25.00 charge for missing parking passes.

Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!

There will be a CHARGE for any non-washable stained or ruined linen!!

Please DO NOT USE OUR WHITE LINEN TO REMOVE MAKE-UP!!

DO NOT WASH OUR WHITE LINEN WITH OTHER ITEMS!! Please help us keep our white linen white and avoid any DAMAGE FEES!!

Other items can be available on request and for additional charges like beach towels, and beach chairs. Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
