POOL & SPA:
Daily charge of $75 for pool heating. If you want the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival. (No partial stay pool heating)
Spa heating is included in your stay. We encourage responsible use of this amenity by turning off the spa and jets after each use.


GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This home features a fun gathering room upstairs featuring a foosball table, an arcade machine (Mortal Kombat), a projector to project your favorite sports/movies and play an XBOX console with over 100 games to choose from.

Pets are allowed and must be approved by host. There is an addition $150 pet fee. Pool heating available for $75/night

Fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of dish-ware for large groups.
Extra large island with 4 spacious seating options in addition to the dining room table that seats eight.
Sonos speakers in the kitchen-living room open space area.

BEDROOMS/BATHS:
6 bedrooms all equipped with king beds
3 full bathrooms fully stocked with towels and toiletries.
TV in every bedroom, as well as an Alexa to play music, set an alarm, etc
High speed internet throughout the home
Dedicated work place (inside Bedroom 1)
Two twin air mattresses (and bedding) are available as needed
