The Bay Watch Resort is made up of 3 large oceanfront buildings and is only 2 miles from Barefoot Landing. Bay Watch Resort offers oceanfront seclusion and relaxation, away from the traffic and congestion of Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront condo is a corner unit in the middle tower and can accommodate 10 with 2 fulls in the master bedroom, 2 fulls in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. All 4 mattresses were replaced in November of 2023!!!

Bay Watch Resorts is located at 2701 S. Ocean Blvd in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This unit feature all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach such as, a recently renovated fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer & dryer, recently renovated bathrooms, new LVP flooring, TV's in both bedrooms and the living room & free Wi-Fi.

Nice location on the beach

We were very happy with this property located on the 11th floor right on the beach. Beautiful views, beautiful beach, and enjoyable resort. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Barefoot Landing about 8 minutes down the road. There was some confusion at check-in as our paperwork said we were supposed to have two keys but there were no keys in our packet (and we had to pick up in the lock box since we got there after 5:00 pm when the office closes). We called the after hours number and got voicemail but they called back within minutes. Turns out we needed a code for the keypad but it was not listed on our paperwork. So there was some confusion on check-in but it was resolved quickly. The only issue I had with cleanliness in the rooms was that there was some mold on the shower curtain liner. Other than that we loved it and would stay here again!

Condo rental

We loved our stay here! It’s an end unit which was so nice! There was very little outside noise because of it being on the end. The views were incredible! Definitely recommend!

Great location and only few issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the beach. Condo was clean. The beds were a little hard and one of the beds had egg crate mattress on it that smelled like rotten eggs but when I called the reality company, they came right away and took the mattresses out of the condo. It would be nice if there was a few more towels, and another roll of toilet paper, paper towels and 1 more trash bag. It was a great stay and great location!

Great amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, The beach was clean with lots of shells and view of the beach from the balcony was amazing. We had bad timing with the lazy river being shut down the entire week and 2 days of loud compressor noise during their repairs, but the other pools were nice, we loved the ice cream shop and the restaurant food was good. Lots of amenities in the resort. The condo had 2 bathrooms which was great, enough dishes for light cooking and enough seating for 3 of us. My only downside to this particular condo was the mattresses were incredibly hard and very uncomfortable. We slept terribly the entire trip.
