Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, Wi-Fi, limited parking (4 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood around the home is Plantation Acres. It is a quiet residential area with low crime rates. The area is close to a number of schools, parks, and shopping centers.

Getting Around:
Here are some additional tips for living in Plantation Acres:

-Explore the parks and recreation facilities. Plantation Acres has a number of parks and recreation facilities that are perfect for families. There are also a number of youth sports leagues in the area.
-Support local businesses. Plantation Acres has a number of local businesses that are worth supporting. There are a number of restaurants, shops, and services in the area.
-Get involved in the community. There are a number of ways to get involved in the community in Plantation Acres. There are a number of volunteer opportunities and community organizations.

Other Things to Note:
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $1000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
