This stylish one bedroom apartment has capacity for 2 guests, is spread over 82 sqm and is located on the 47th floor of Damac Heights in Dubai Marina. The interior is simply beautiful.
The living room features a leathered sofa, a coffee table, a 65’’ HD Smart TV, a chic carpet, as well as extensive decor items and paintings.
Next to the living room is a dining table with four chairs, and it has a serving hatch to the kitchen.
From the living room you can access the balcony, also connected to the bedroom, and it includes a swing, a table and two chairs. It overlooks mesmerizing marina views from the top.
The kitchen is gorgeous! It is filled with beige cabinets and matching countertops. It includes equipment such as dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, electric stove, and Espresso machine. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and trash cans can also be found.
The bedroom features a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bedcovers, nightstands with lamps, dresser with mirror, as well as a wardrobe. The room gives access to the shared balcony.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a curtain glass, a washbasin, and a toilet. The second bathroom for guests includes a toilet and a washbasin. Amazing wall tiles and decor can be found in both bathrooms. Toiletries like hair dryer, complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, as well as towels, toilet paper, and hot water are also available.

Zooming Out
Damac Heights is the most recent residential skyscraper added to Dubai's roster of enormous building projects. It can be found in the prestigious waterfront community of Dubai Marina, on the coast of the Arabian Gulf. It is the fifteenth tallest building in the Middle East and the thirteenth tallest in Dubai, with a total height of 1,099 feet. Damac Properties, a world-renowned builder of high-end residential properties, began construction on Damac Heights in 2006 and finished the project in 2018. It is one of the skyscrapers that make up the city's recognizable skyline, and it is Damac Properties' second super-tall project at the moment.
Damac Heights has been honored with a slew of accolades. At the 2014 Arabian Property Awards, the building won two awards: Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Arabia and Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Dubai. At the 2014 International Property Awards, it was named the best international residential high-rise building.
Facilities include five underground levels dedicated for parking, CCTV coverage and security personnel round the clock, as well as 12 high-speed elevators. The tower also has theatre-grade multimedia room, barbecue area, and landscapes, infinity pool overlooking the marina, and well-equipped gym. The locality of Damac Heights is well-covered by the public transport system in Dubai. There are two nearby bus stations along King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street: Mina Al Siyahi – Le Meridien Hotel 2 bus stop and Mina Al Siyahi, Le Meridien Hotel 1 bus stop.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR DAMAC HEIGHTS:
Residents who want to travel by tram can ride on one after a short walk of 5 minutes. There are two tram stations located on either side of Damac Height. Towards its north is Mina Seyahi Tram Station and to the south lies Marina Towers Tram Station. The easily accessible road for transportation near Damac Heights is King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street (D94).

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
