Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private two-bedroom home features an open floor plan with luxury finishes, upscale kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, Sonos sound system, and a living room with 80” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and soaker tub, as well as a 65" Smart TV. A dedicated office is available and perfect for traveling professionals and students.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, laundry room, upstairs living space with high top seating and a 65" Smart TV, a covered patio area with lounge furniture, hot tub, sun loungers, an outdoor 55" TV, BBQ grill, fire pit, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

No parties or events. Please note the total number of guests listed on your reservation is the maximum permitted occupancy at all times during your stay. A max of 4 guests is permitted at this home.

Very nice, clean, and updated home with excellent open gathering areas

This is a great property with updated interior and backyard patio and hotub/pool area. I give it 5-stars all the way across with only "neighborhood/area" being 4-star and that is not because of any problems or issues but just that it is a quiet residential area and if you wee looking for walkable restauants or activities this is not optimal location for that. But Phoenix area has the Waymo robotic car service (as well as Uber/lyft, etc.) and I'd highly reccomend. We routinely went out to dinner or a comedy show and the pickup and drop offs were fast and inexpensive. It was great to come back to such a nice open house where we would continue to talk and hang out and then even transition to time in the hotub before being steps away from comfortable beds. You will definitely fight over who gets the primary bedroom as it is truly high end with walk in closet area and full high end bath. Owners were responsive to any inquiries and I would highly reccomend this property.

Poor management

First of all I have never left a negative review before. However, I would want to be warned about major issues with a property before I booked. We did stay here two different times over a two week period. So I have double the experience. First, the neighborhood is definitely not the best. Homelessness is all around I would never go for a walk around the neighborhood. Our first stay we arrived and they had no trash bags, we found a vape pen on the patio and the entire time we were there the hot tub didn’t work. I requested a partial refund for the hot tub never being able to be used but the management team refuses. Upon checkin the house was simply not cleaned to a typical rental/hotel standard. Our second stay we had asked for early check in (which they charge for). Management said they couldn’t because of the cleaners schedule but they would let me know if she got done early. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and no one was there. But when we walked in Clearly no one had been there at all!! The house was a disaster. We just wanted to start our vacation so I told management to please just refund the cleaning fee and I would clean the sheets, towels and dishes myself. Definetely a bummer on vacation but we didn’t want a stranger in the house for hours cleaning. Fast forward to after our vacation is complete. Management sent us a bill for a ruined hand towel and a duvet cover. When we arrived the hand towel had bleach spots and the bed cover a spot on it that we did not cause.

Better than Advertised

If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Phoenix close to everything you won’t find a better place. This property is better than advertised. Incredibly clean, very easy location, the pool and outdoor amenities were fantastic. The technology inside the home was easy to use and made the stay even more enjoyable.
