Step out onto the balcony and look out to see beautiful views of the Ski Slope and Beech Mountain as you sit out and enjoy a nice cup of coffee to start your morning. Everything was as advertised. Door lock was a little difficult. Wosh we had a couple more towels. Great value, nice condo. Quiet and clean.

Awesome Stay!

The condo was very nice with spectacular views. All of the staff onsite were super nice and helpful. It’s was really nice having pool and hotub to relax in along with the dry and wet saunas. The room had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and we would definitely book this place again.

Nice property, the only problem we had was the parking and have to take the shuttle when we have to go to our cars, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed and Dishonest

The condo was comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfy. Please note before renting that the condo has no air conditioning or fan. It was over 80 degrees in condo day and night. We did not know this and would have selected another property if this were clearly listed. The management company was horrible. An hour before check-in they called to say that the balcony MAY not be usable. When we arrived, the living room was completely filled with dirty patio furniture and concrete dust everywhere. You couldn’t use or walk in the living room. The management company did not respond so we finally found someone on our own from the building to help us out. All of the balconies in our tower were under construction and the entire high rise was being painted. This was a known issue well before an hour before check-in. Without air and unable to open any window or door due to the construction, the unit was terribly hot, stuffy and dirty. It should never have been rented in this condition. We called the management company multiple times and they did not follow up on any concerns. I felt like we were texting a bot. We asked to speak to the owner just to make them aware of our situation and they would not put us in touch with them. We own vacation rentals ourselves so I would never leave a negative review if we would’ve had our concerns heard and been treated better. I do not recommend renting this condo until all issues are fixed.
