It is located in a peaceful neighborhood so you can have a relaxing time but is also within a quick 15-20 minute away ride to beaches, shopping centers, parks, golf courses, and other attractions like the Clearwater Marine Aquarium! Dunedin Home

House was in a great location. Everything was new as the home had been completely renovated. Master bath was amazing. Furnishings were all excellent. Well stocked kitchen complete with a basket of snacks!!! Washer/dryer brand new. Management company checked on us frequently. We would stay there again!!

Cozy delight

This cozy cottage was a delight. We stayed for four nights and the accommodations were so comfortable and clean. The location was centrally located for all the activities we had planned. We loved all the little extras.

Great stay and fantastic hosts!

Great stay and fantastic hosts! We had everything we needed and they even provided us snacks that our kids adored, as well as a water filter pitcher in the fridge, which was very appreciated. Bedrooms were comfortable and loved the big bathtub! It is a noisy road, even at night, but ear plugs helped with that. This particular unit does not have much of a living room hang out space, but worked well enough for our family of 4. Close to everything we were wanting to be near.

Clean Charming House

The inside was very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the master bath was great. Unfortunately we didn’t notice the white noise machines in both bedrooms the first night. The house is right next to a busy road and it was very loud. We used the machines the next two nights and that helped. I also suggested to the owners to get blackout curtains. They only have blinds and it is very bright in both bedrooms.

Moving away

We have lived in the area our entire lives and sold our house recently. We need a place to stay for a weekend before we moved out of town. This unit was perfect for us and our dog. With a full kitchen. A king size bed and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The unit is beautifully appointed. We had everything we needed including a washer & dryer. The walkabality to Dunedin was excellent. We were able to walk to our favorite breweries ( Caledonia and Woodwright). Also a short drive to a great restaurant for lunch/breakfast/dinner at Countryside Mall (Bacon Street). We had issues with noisy neighbors but after reaching out to owners it was resolved. We would stay here again.
