This homely apartment is tastefully decorated with pops of colour and sleek wooden furnishings. Decorated in gorgous netural shades with turquoise throughout, this apartment stands out from the rest. The apartment has a spacious layout with a semi seperated living and bedroom space opening up onto a small balcony where you can admire the city views. The stunning wooden kitchen is equipped with all you may need to whip up some tasty meals at home, that's if you can resist all the culinary delights around the neighbourhood! Enjoy your meals at the dining table seating three. In the living area you will find a plush L-Shapped sofa perfectly positioned in front of the big screen TV so you can relax and unwind at the end of the busy day. There is a large bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may find yourself laying in a little in the mornings. Step outside and admire the gorgous views whilst enjoying your coffee and planning your next days adventure. The bathroom has modern finishes, beautiful tiles and has Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities leaving you feeling refreshed and smelling great all day!
The building also features a swimming pool, gymnasium and private on site parking.
The Dubai Metro is a 10 minute walk away which makes discovering Dubai and visiting all the site quick and easy.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
