You will have the second floor of this duplex apartment to yourself! private 2nd floor balcony. The first floor is rented by another guest. You will be welcomed to a well stocked apartment with all of the kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies we believe you'll need! Should you feel something extra could be provided please let us know so we may consider adding this item to the home.

Getting Around:
There is always plenty of street parking out front and the location gives you immediate access to two major highways. Public transportation is about a 5-10 minute walk. Most guests prefer to use their own car, a rental or a service like Lyft or Uber. Typical wait for an Uber is under 10 minutes.

* NOTE: This home was constructed in the early 1900s and is not new construction.
If you are not comfortable with that then this listing may not be the best fit for you

* NOTE: Air Con is available from April to September only

Worst stay in a rental property. Ever.

A terrible experience from beginning to end. If we didn't have our dog with us and a multitude of commitments that kept us out almost all of the day we would have left immediately. The property: did not look as advertised; was not ready for check in; was in deplorable conditions in terms of upkeep and cleanliness (massive hairball in closet, visible dirt and dust, insects, etc.); had no working sink in the bathroom the first night and the kitchen faucet was not secure; the outside lock was not working and the app to supposedly fix this did not work either, outdoor lighting did not work as well, so it felt unsafe; was drafty throughout; the rug smelled strongly of animal urine; among a variety of other issues. We reported problems promptly and found the management company unwilling to address most of these, blaming them on the age of the property. Sent them over 20 pictures of the conditions of the property, and they remained unwilling to offer any kind of restitution.

Good value for the money

Assuming you have a car or use ride-sharing apps, the place is strategically located very close to a highway on-ramp, very close to downtown Cleveland, really close to a large shopping district, and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and entertainment. The street is safe, quiet and private, even though it's next to a highway. The highway sound barriers do a good job of keeping the noise level down. The 2-bedroom apartment was on the 2nd floor of an old typical midwestern duplex. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and a decent size. Host communication was prompt and professional at all times.
