Conveniently located on Central Avenue, only six and a half miles from downtown Hot Springs, this newly renovated dog-friendly home offers the perfect home away from home for large families and groups alike! Enjoy the outdoors at the spacious deck with outdoor seating, a propane grill, and wonderful Lake Hamilton views. The large yard is shared with other guests and it reaches the shores of the lake, where a boat slip for one boat awaits.

Inside, this modern retreat boasts two living spaces, each furnished with comfortable and inviting sofas. The main living space also features a smart TV with streaming services so you can curl up on the sofas and stream your favorite movie or series. The kitchen is well-equipped and open, offering all needed appliances and counter space to prepare delicious homemade meals and treats for the crew. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site and indoor and outdoor games.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, we have external security cameras. This property houses two separate vacation rental units. This means that during your stay, there may be other guests occupying the second unit. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow travelers should you cross paths! The outdoor amenities including the dock, shoreline area and any other shared facilities are intended for the shared use and enjoyment of all guests from both units. We kindly ask that all guests respect the shared nature of these facilities and be considerate of others' experience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
