Less than 5 min drive to Hayward BART Station, downtown, restaurants, markets, close to major freeways, 20 minutes to Oakland Intl Airport, 15 mins to Kaiser San Leandro. Ground level with 3 stair steps to the patio.
The space
Our space is perfect for respectful business travelers, students or small families. The entire unit is brand new! New beds, couch, dinning set, kitchen, decor, bathroom, etc. This brand new comfortable home is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable long term or short term stay including fresh bedding and towels, free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, TV, coffee/tea, free reserved carport parking, fully appointed kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Keurig Single Cup Coffee Machine, bamboo plates, cups, cookware and utensils. Each room is tastefully decorated with a lot of love built into it. Ceiling fan only in both bedrooms. AC unit in living and dinning rooms.

At this time aren't able to accommodate early check-ins or late check outs due to our enhanced cleaning protocols in cooperation with the CDC and the Alameda County Health and Wellness Division. We need to have our house-cleaners clean all hard surfaces twice and leave the minimum time period of 12 hours for the house to air out. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this.

We take pride in our deep cleaning process. Every item, space, and area are sanitized, bleached, washed, shampoo, vacuumed, cleaned, wiped and scrubbed in depth. There are no shortcuts when it comes to our cleaning process.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire unit and private patio.

I will provide exact location of the unit the day before your arrival.

One car carport parking included.
Other things to note
We have Ring Camera set up outside to monitor the exterior of the building.

- NO PARTIES/EVENTS

-No loitering in the driveway or patio

- NO SMOKING (no smoking anywhere on property premise).

- NO DRUGS of any kind (including medical marijuana)

- No pets. There will be a minimum of $200 fine if we find any pet hair, pet stains or seeing in our security camera showing of you bringing a pet

- Please remove shoes inside the house

- No glitter/confetti/hair dye

- No burning candles

We ask for RESPECTFUL GROUPS ONLY! This includes following house rules and being a good neighbor.

Individual booking is responsible for the whole group and enforcing house rules within their group. The person booking also needs to be the person to arrive at the house for check in.
