Inside, you'll find a breathtaking and spacious family room, 3 bedrooms, and sleeping arrangements for 10. Enjoy reading a book on the screened porch or take a stroll to the beach and enjoy our famous sugar sands.

Our 6 seat golf cart is available for rent for $125 per day!

We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.

Pool Heating is OFF April through mid October. Pool heating available for $40/day seasonally. More details below.

The space: This three bedroom home includes a primary bedroom with king bed and adjoining bath, a secondary bedroom with king bed and hall bath, and a third bedroom that includes a twin over queen bunk bed. Additionally, the living room contains both a sofa that folds out to a queen bed and a twin-sized day bed with plenty of pillows and linens to make all guests comfortable.

Guest access: Guests will have access to the entire home and the private, fully fenced backyard with pool.

Pool details: The pool, and pool heating, is available based on weather and maintenance conditions. Unforeseen weather or mechanical issues may impact the availability of this amenity, and you acknowledge that it is not guaranteed for your stay. If you encounter any problems, let us know and we’ll work to quickly address them. We maintain a very high uptime for the pool, and are generally able to have any problems fixed within 24 hours.

We offer pool heating for $40 per full day of your stay (available 10/15-3/31). Paying for pool heat means we will have the pool warmed to 82° for you. The pool will not get as hot as a hot tub; that is simply not possible with this volume of water. The heat pump can warm the pool to about a maximum of 20° above ambient temperatures, even if we have the thermostat set higher. Below 55° the heat pump will automatically turn off to avoid freezing the components. We are unable to offer pool heating for only a portion of your stay, you will need to decide whether you would like this extra service prior to your visit. We’ll send you a reminder message a few days prior to your arrival so that we can ensure the pool is heated for your stay.

Pets: Up to two dogs are permitted with payment of a $130 pet fee. You may bring a third dog contingent upon my approval and payment of an additional $50 through the Resolution Center. We do ask that you’re mindful of muddy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens, and pick-up after your pet in the backyard. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Golf Cart Rental: We have a 6-seat golf cart is available for rent for $125 per day and with completion of a liability release form. We do not charge for the day of arrival or departure.

Our property has a surveillance camera and/or smart doorbell located by the front entry. There is another camera in the garage. We also have a Minut smart home sensor mounted to the wall. These devices are strictly for security purposes.
