Welcome to Twin Palms! This luxurious and spacious home is the perfect basecamp for your Joshua Tree adventure.

From your front door:
-Walk to the neighborhood trail '49 Palms Oasis' which is a part of Joshua Tree Park (JTNP)
-10 Minute drive to the North Park entrance
-5 Minute drive to downtown 29 palms restaurants and shops

The space
Twin Palms offers a spacious layout providing the ultimate comfortable stay.

Inside

There are three common spaces including two living rooms (TV den and gameroom) and an indoor sunroom outfitted with dining area. The space allows plenty of privacy for larger groups (for example two families traveling together).

The kitchen is large and includes all utensils needed to cook any meal at home. Tea and coffee are included featuring coffee beans from The Joshua Tree Coffee Company. There is also a cozy breakfast nook where you can enjoy your coffee while planning out the days adventures.

There are three bedrooms:
-Main bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
-Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
-Bedroom 3: One queen bed

The house also has amenities for any remote work or those on a "workation". There is a full size Uplift desk which offers sit/stand functionality and high speed internet which is calibrated for virtual meetings.

There is a washer/dryer combo unit in the garage which is free to use and laundry detergent is provided. The garage also has a ping pong table and can be used to park one vehicle.

Outside
The backyard is fully fenced and private. It offers a propane grill with BBQ utensils, a picnic area, and a wood burning fire pit. It's a great space to unwind after a long day of hiking with a nightcap while stargazing. There is also a mature Eucalyptus tree for shade in the daytime.

Neighborhood
The dirt roads in the neighborhood are also fun to explore. The neighborhood sits elevated above 29 Palms, so the views are beautiful and expansive. We especially love taking walks around at sunset where golden hours makes for great photos and the wildlife is most active.
Guest access
Twin Palms will be exclusive to you and your guests during your stay. This property provides secure, keyless entry with an Schlage Smart Lock; so, no keys to lose or to return! You can lock and unlock the door by using a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the tranquil city of Twentynine Palms. Please be respectful of our community and neighbors. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. In addition, excessive noise at any time is never allowed. Quiet hours are in place every day between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m and must be abided at all times. Local code enforcement by the city is allowed to come to property and can respond to any complaints made by local residents 24 hours a day.

The sleeping arrangements at our home can accommodate up to 6 guests with 1 queen bed in the large guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a queen bed in and two twin beds in the other two guest rooms.

We welcome experienced, responsible/responsive and positively reviewed guests over the age of 25. Any and all persons staying or visiting the property must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
