The Space:
This mountain-view home has a beautifully remodeled kitchen with plenty of storage, a spacious living area, and amazing views from the master bedroom. It is also fully stocked for your stay!

LIVING ROOM:
Enjoy this great space with plenty of seating, a Smart TV for unwinding in front of after a long day, and the perfect nook allowing you to work remotely during those necessary times!

KITCHEN:
Stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with all the cooking utensils and items you could need to make a wonderful home-cooked meal from the comfort of home.

LAUNDRY:
Enjoy the new washer and dryer right off the kitchen that are perfectly setup for doing your laundry with ease during your stay!

BEDROOM 1:
Get a great night's sleep in a space you can call your own. This Master Bedroom has a comfy King bed, dresser, closet space, and a Smart TV for picking up right where you left off on your favorite shows! Enjoy having your own sparkling clean full bathroom that's fully stocked for your stay!

BEDROOM 2:
You deserve a comfortable place to sleep, so we've created a private space just for you. Enjoy the fresh sheets and fluffy pillows as your turn in for the night! Perfectly set up with your own closet for your belongings and box fan for that extra white noise and circulation!

BATHROOM:
Our sparkling clean bathroom is fully stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, and even some face wipes and feminine products in case you forgot!

KIDDOS:
Ditch the pack n play and high chair! We happily keep these items in addition to pack n play sheets in the unit at all times so you never need to worry about having these available!

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the entire apartment to include the washer and dryer, fast WiFi, private parking space, and all the amenities within the apartment 😊

The Neighborhood:
Close to Academy Blvd, you will find yourself close to unlimited restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery stores for all your needs!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

December 2023 Weekend in Colorado Springs

The property is well maintained, and with the exception of an issue with the furnace, we were very comfortable staying at the property. The furnace issue was addressed promptly and resolved satisfactorily. The property is easy to get to from I-25 and is conveniently located. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Altogether, it was a very pleasant place to stay and we would stay here again in the future.

Perfect Get Away

I booked this property for my parents, uncle and aunt to celebrate their birthdays. Communication was excellent from the very beginning. Property was just as described and the towns were close by.

Would not book again

Pros - unit has new appliances including washer and dryer. The unit is ran by Renjoy rental management and they do a nice job of including supplies such as paper towels and laundry detergent. The unit was also stocked with some bottles of water, kcups and snacks. Cons - our furnace wasn’t working and the temperature of the unit dropped to 59 degrees. The thermostat is controlled by the property manager offsite. From the time I notified the property manager it took 10+ hours for the repair to happen which involved us coming back to the unit mid-day and delaying our plans. The furnace was from1984 and clearly in need of maintenance/replacement. The unit was not cleaned up to standards and was even noted by the maintenance man when he came to repair the furnace. The unit is part of a 4 unit complex that has a dog barking and at one point was tied outside to one of the poles in the parking overhang next to our rental car. The master shower had no water pressure or warm water so we used the 2nd bathroom the entire time. Also no wash cloths stocked with the linens. The unit is not located in the nicest neighborhood but convenient to getting to places around Co Springs.

Up to date features, clean & comfortable

Place was as advertised, clean and updated. Very comfortable and everything was designed to make stay comfortable and if work! Quiet place and centrally located to everything you’ll need. Highly recommended!
