Grocery stores, shopping, and dining are conveniently located within minutes of your vacation home.

Spend quiet mornings at home relaxing on the private patio with some coffee or swimming in the sparkling community pool. Inside, you’ll find an open, modern space with abundant natural light and pretty pops of coastal decor. The chef can make mealtime magic in the full, well-equipped kitchen, and there’s plenty of space to dine together at the adjacent table or breakfast barstools.

After a day in the Florida sun, cool off at home in the central AC while the day’s beach clothes get a refresh in the washer/dryer. Grab a spot on one of the colorful couches and stream the latest release, pop a movie into the DVD player, or use the free WiFi to scroll social media. Even better, step back outside to the patio for an evening toast under the stars. Retreat to one of the pristine bedrooms with new beds and mattresses at the day's end and sleep soundly knowing you've booked the perfect PCB escape.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
