You’ll have all you need for the perfect stay at this lovely Oregon home. One noteworthy feature is the home’s backyard, which includes a fire pit and BBQ grill for your personal night-time retreat. When you want to venture out, drive to Smith Rock State Park with plenty of rock climbing and trails, or go golfing nearby. Your home is one block from the main streets of downtown Redmond and within walking distance of most of the restaurants, bars, and cafes.

The home’s interior beams with natural light and cozy furnishings, including the main and secondary living areas where you can stream your favorite TV shows. The open kitchen connects to the dining room which has ample seating and is perfect for cooking and sharing your favorite recipes together. There is also a washer/dryer should you need to refresh during your stay as well as WiFi for additional convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
