Cabin is cute! There is no way to lock the door from the inside, latch is broken. There is no bathroom with running water!

Great place

Ken and his dog Hank received us and were pleasant guys. We spent a perfect night in their farm in nature. Next morning the animals greeted us with their visit. It was just perfect. The cabins were beautiful and clean. Highly recommend and will come back if possible.

Little slice of heaven

This property was the cutest place. The cabin was perfect with nice decorations that gave a warm woodsy feeling. The air condition cooled the cabin off quote quickly. There were outdoor bluetooth speakers which were easy to connect to. The kitchen and shower area were conveniently right next to the cabin. All the areas were very clean and well maintained. The farm animals were very friendly and loved the attention. Ken and Tammy were extremely nice people. I will definitely be using their property again if i ever happen to travel there. One night wasn't nearly enough time.

Hey, I’m Ken!

I was born in upstate NY and grew up wandering all over the east coast. Now in my 50s. I am a collision repair shop manager and a host along with my wife of 30 years Tammy.
I’m fun and easygoing and I really love meeting new people on my adventures.

My favorite things are music, animals, and holiday decorating. I especially love the outdoors and the grandkids! :)

*****During the Winter months ---- November - December - January, and March ----
The cabin has a heater, AC, and a streaming TV.
The mattress was a brand new memory foam in July 2022 and there are a variety of 5 pillows with assorted firmness to please almost everyone's taste

So to recap, The cabin has 1 Queen size bed, Linens provided.
The rest of the guests would be in tents.

On a working rescue farm, we have chickens, a donkey, a mini pony, and ducks. Animals can occasionally be noisy around feeding time.

Pets are allowed but must be leashed due to the animals on the farm, And they CAN NOT be left unattended inside the cabin unless in their own portable kennel.

This listing says 12 guests, but please understand the cabin has only one queen size bed, the rest would be in tents. We have plenty of room to spread out if you wish with the camp sitting on ten acres of land. We do not provide tents.

I have a tent site in another listing that sits approximately 500 feet down the trail. Not visible from your site and would not be heard, but the occasional passerby may be seen. You share the restroom and playground area with this site but not the shower. The shower is yours only and is located just steps from the cabin.
