We provide a simple, yet cozy layout, with a private garden backyard with a spa. Everything you need for a perfectly simple vacation!

>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

>STRICT no parties/events - guests will be asked to leave with no refund
>No outdoor music after 8pm, voices down by 10pm

>There are 2 cameras on this property - a video doorbell at entry, and a camera on the exterior of the home overseeing the driveway
>In place for safety and liability reasons - if tampered with there will be a $200 fine
